Damaged Goods

If you receive a damaged item, we offer a replacement under the following conditions:

Opening Video –
You must provide a video of the package being opened, clearly showing the damage to the item.

Notification –
Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the damaged item. Please email us at srjp705@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the damage, and the opening video.

Replacement
Only the damaged item will be replaced. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for other reasons.
